But Mariah’s dedication didn’t come as a surprise to the Masked Singer host. “That’s what you do when you find a helpmate,” he noted. “When you find someone you’re in matrimony with, you go hard for them.”
And that’s exactly what Nick did for Mariah as well, mentioning to host Steven Bartlett, “I went hard for her I still go hard for her I’d lay down my life for her today. That’s what you do, it’s just family.”
However, the 42-year-old admits that his health did put a strain on their marriage, with the pair ultimately finalizing their divorce in 2016.
“It probably took a toll on us just because of the person I was in my head and the struggles that I was dealing with,” he confessed. “So, it probably took a toll on our relationship but it definitely brought us closer together.”
Since their split, Mariah has found love with dancer Bryan Tanaka. As for the All That alum, he’s expanded his family over the last few years and is now a proud dad of 12.
